[om] Concatenation of lists ??

A practical problem:
we are looking for the best CD versions (or any, really)
of the Special Functions CD as we want to extend our
Phrasebook for Mathematica with it.

We cannot find any version of it right now, and Steve Watt and
James Davenport should have one, but where is it???

If such a core institute as Eindhoven when it comes to OM
cannot find these experimental CDs rapidly, it means that
there is room for improvement...
