[om] RIACA OpenMath Library 2.0

Hi there,

This is a formal announcement of the 2.0 release of the RIACA OpenMath 
Library. We have moved the development of the library to Sourceforge. 
See http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/omlib/. Try it out and file 
your bugs at the Sourceforge project page.

Note that if you want to know more about the changes in this release
please download a distribution and read the CHANGES file.
