Hi Paul,

following up on that initiative, which I highly appreciate (see also my
comment in one the census homepage), I wanted to draw the attention of the
visitors of the OpenMath 2 CDs (to which you link from the census) to the
OpenMath wiki -- particularly to its discussion feature.

For the OpenMath 3 CDs, I had done that a long time ago, by adding some lines
of code to OpenMath3/xsl/cd2html.xsl, and you can see the result on, e.g.,
http://svn.openmath.org/OpenMath3/cd/MathML/set1.xhtml -- note the small links
to the wiki for each CD and symbol.

Now I would like to do the same for the OpenMath 2 CDs, as they are also
available in the wiki. However, the XHTML files, such as
http://www.openmath.org/cd/combinat1.xhtml, do not seem to exist in the svn,
nor is there an XSLT that generates them. So how _are_ they generated?

Actually, we could introduce the same kind of links from the rendered OpenMath
2 CDs (and from the wiki) to the notation census, to make further visitors
aware of that.

Cheers,

Christoph
