[Om] maple to mathematica translator

Dear Eddie Rowe,
In the European SCIEnce project, ORCCA is making a Maple to OpenMath
interface. Here, in Eindhoven, we have a phrasebook for OpenMath to
Mathematica.

Putting these together you should get there.
