Those can be found on http://java.symcomp.org/ -- they are (we think) very
nice Java libraries for dealing with OpenMath and the SCSCP protocol (and
many collerated things). They do, however, not provide translation from
OpenMath to C++. This, I would say by the way, is definitely a nontrivial
task.
