[Om] Responsibilities for issues and PRs regarding CDs

Dear OpenMath-Community,

there seem to be only minimal activities in regard to investigating issues and merging open PRs within the CDs repository:
https://github.com/OpenMath/CDs

Three PRs are open since 2019 and 2018.
Is there someone who is responsible for reviewing and merging the PRs?
Can I help somehow?
